Our providers are a team of Licensed Mental Health Clinicians, Registered Nurses, Case Managers, and Home Health Aides who provide comprehensive behavioral health and home care services.

Our Licensed Mental Health Clinicians provide individual, group, couples, and family psychotherapy that are evidence-based, culturally sensitive, and centered on our clients’ strengths, needs, and preferences, regardless of race, gender, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic status.

Our Registered Nurses, Case Managers, and Home Health Aides are highly skilled and experienced in the field of home care. They are trained to provide personalized assisted daily living services to clients; support services to family members or loved ones, and coordinate care with other health care providers. Services range from general home care to highly specialized services in the management of chronic illnesses.
